So this week my training plan is a recovery week.  Its quite painful.  Not because of the workout, but the lack of workouts!

Today I’m scheduled to RELAX! Ugh!   What’s that?   You mean do nothing?  To make it even worse, the kids have swim classes at the Y and I have to sit and watch everyone else swim while I’m usually in the pool swimming!

Well, everything happens for a reason.   I was sitting poolside ans keeping g occupied while searching the net on my phone.  I came across this article called Recovery is Key.  Hope you enjoy…
