You Know What They Say About Excuses…

I went for a full 1.2 mi (distance for half ironman) pool swim today.  Had dinner with the family.  Took the kids to the grocery store.  Then I jumped on my tri bike on the trainer and rode til 9:00 pm (ended up only being 32 min).  I managed to stay in zone 2 theajority of the time trying to boost my anaerobic threshold.
